j8de Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this j8de terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the j8de website accessible via j8de.org and all pages associated with it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid and active account on the j8de platform.
• "Services" covers all sports betting activities, casino games, online slots, and any other products offered by j8de.
• "Account Balance" means the actual amount of money held in a user's account, excluding bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, cashback or other incentive granted by j8de to users.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a user must wager the bonus amount before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

j8de imposes strict eligibility requirements to ensure the platform is used responsibly and lawfully:

• Registrants must be Malaysian citizens or residents who are at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. j8de reserves the right to request supporting documents such as MyKad, utility bills or bank statements for verification purposes.
• Accounts opened using false information or another person's identity will be closed immediately and any existing balance may be seized depending on the decision of the j8de compliance team.
• j8de does not accept registrations from individuals who have applied for self-exclusion or who appear on any recognised exclusion list.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the j8de platform are subject to the following policy:

• The minimum deposit amount for all accepted payment methods is RM20.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Withdrawals will normally be processed and credited to the user's account within one hour after the request is approved by the j8de finance team.
• j8de reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises concerns regarding security or identity verification until the investigation is complete.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered payment account details are accurate. j8de is not responsible for loss of funds resulting from incorrect details provided by the user.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). For cryptocurrency transactions, the current exchange rate adopted by the j8de system at the time of the transaction will be applied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

j8de offers various bonuses to registered members. All promotional offers are subject to the terms and limits set out below:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% first deposit match bonus up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Account balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500

General terms that apply to all j8de bonuses:

• Only one bonus is allowed per promotional period unless stated otherwise.
• j8de reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses through hedge betting, duplicate accounts or other methods that go against the spirit of the promotion may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or do not meet the wagering requirements within the set period will expire automatically.

5. j8de VIP Programme

The j8de loyalty programme consists of four tiers offering weekly cashback benefits to active members:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier advancement is determined by a user's betting activity and loyalty on the j8de platform. j8de reserves the right to review and adjust the VIP programme structure from time to time. Cashback is credited automatically and is subject to the terms and limits applicable to each tier.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities at j8de are subject to the specific game rules available within the platform. In general, the following rules apply to all games:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or modified by the user.
• Any game or betting outcome produced by the j8de system is final and binding, unless there is evidence of a technical failure confirmed by the j8de team.
• j8de reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by a technical failure, software error or circumstances beyond j8de's control.
• The use of any third-party software that gives a user an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• j8de uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of all game outcomes.

7. User Responsibilities

As a registered j8de user, you agree to observe the following responsibilities throughout your use of the platform:

• Ensure that all registered personal information is accurate and updated whenever there is a change.
• Do not share login details or account access with any other party.
• Report to j8de support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any unlawful activities.
• Comply with all local laws relating to online gambling in your area of residence.
• Gamble within your financial means and seek help immediately if gambling starts to have a negative impact on your life.

8. j8de Liability Limits

j8de provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the continuous or uninterrupted availability of its services. Specifically, j8de is not responsible for:

• Any financial losses suffered as a result of technical disruptions, server failures, or circumstances beyond j8de's control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Betting decisions made based on inaccurate information obtained from external sources.
• Any disruption or data loss resulting from cyberattacks or security incidents occurring outside j8de's systems.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

j8de reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age or has provided false information during registration.
• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or attempts to manipulate the betting system.
• A self-exclusion request made by the user through j8de customer support.
• Decisions based on compliance requirements or instructions from relevant authorities.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

j8de reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via notices displayed on the platform. Continued use of the j8de platform after amendments are announced will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms from time to time to ensure they remain aware of the latest applicable conditions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the international licensing under which j8de operates. Any disputes arising from the use of the j8de platform should first be resolved through direct negotiation with the j8de customer support team. j8de is committed to resolving all user complaints fairly and transparently through established internal procedures.
